Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Mighty (the "Service") and its members in connection with the use of the online card game service provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service.
• The Service may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce any change within the Service or on this page.

Article 3 (Formation of the Agreement)

• The agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and completes sign-up, or creates an account via social login.
• The Service is available only to users aged 14 and over.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

• The Service is, in principle, provided year-round, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, or force majeure.
• The Service may change or discontinue all or part of its content as needed for operational or technical reasons.
• The Service is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced, separate terms and payment-related matters will be announced in advance.

Article 5 (Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Members must not engage in any of the following:

• Stealing another person's account or personal information, or impersonating others
• Using the Service through automated programs (bots), macros, or other abnormal means, or manipulating game results
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or placing excessive load on servers or networks
• Using inappropriate nicknames or posts, including profanity, hate, or illegal information
• Violating applicable laws or these Terms

Article 6 (Restrictions and Account Sanctions)

• If a member violates Article 5, the Service may take measures such as warnings, play restrictions, account suspension, or deletion.
• Scores, trophies, and records obtained through improper means may be reclaimed or deleted.

Article 7 (Account and Data)

• Members may directly edit certain information such as nickname and language in the profile screen within the Service.
• Account deletion (withdrawal) may be requested via the contact below, and personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to the Service or its rightful owners, and members may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without authorization.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for damages arising from acts of nature, force majeure, or a member's own fault.
• The Service has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members or between a member and a third party.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Disputes)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute between the Service and a member is resolved in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable law.
