개인정보처리방침

Mighty(이하 '서비스')는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 준수합니다.
본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 어떤 목적으로 이용하며, 어떻게 보호·관리하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
서비스는 회원 가입과 서비스 이용에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.
- 회원 가입(필수) — 아이디, 비밀번호(단방향 암호화하여 저장), 닉네임
- 선택 입력 — 이메일 주소(비밀번호 재설정·중요 안내용), 프로필 이미지
- 소셜 로그인 이용 시
- Google 로그인 — 이메일 주소, 이름, Google 계정 고유 식별자
- 카카오 로그인 — 카카오 닉네임, 카카오 계정 고유 식별자 (이메일은 수집하지 않습니다)
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성·수집되는 정보 — 접속 IP 주소, 접속 일시, 게임 이용 기록(전적·점수·랭킹), 접속 국가 및 브라우저 언어
2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 로그인 인증
- 게임 서비스 제공, 전적·랭킹·트로피 등 기록 관리
- 비밀번호 재설정 및 중요 안내(이메일을 제공한 경우)
- 부정 이용, 다중 계정, 비정상 접근의 탐지 및 방지(접속 IP)
- 접속 지역·브라우저 언어에 따른 기본 표시 언어 설정
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 관계 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 경우, 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 부정 이용 방지를 위한 접속 기록(IP)은 그 목적을 달성한 후 파기합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 일부 처리를 위탁·연동합니다.

소셜 로그인을 이용하는 경우, 해당 사업자의 개인정보 처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
5. 쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치
서비스는 광고 목적의 쿠키나 이용자를 추적하는 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.
다만 서비스 개선을 위한 이용 통계 분석 목적으로 Google Analytics(GA4)를 사용합니다.
- 수집 항목 — 방문한 페이지, 머문 시간, 유입 경로, 기기·브라우저 종류, 대략적인 지역(도시 단위),
그리고 서비스 이용 행태(AI 게임 시작, 게임 종료, 회원가입, 가이드 열람 등)
- 수집하지 않는 항목 — 닉네임, 이메일, 회원 식별자 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는
Google Analytics 로 전송하지 않습니다. IP 주소는 Google 에 의해 익명 처리됩니다.
- 보관 기간 — Google Analytics 에 수집된 데이터는 최대 14개월 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 거부 방법 — 브라우저의 쿠키 차단 설정을 이용하거나,
Google 이 제공하는 차단 애드온을
설치하면 수집을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부하더라도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
로그인 상태 유지를 위해 이용자 단말의 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 로그인 토큰, 닉네임, 언어 설정을 저장하며,
이는 이용자가 브라우저에서 언제든지 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 닉네임, 프로필 이미지, 언어 설정은 서비스 내 프로필 화면에서 직접 수정할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴), 개인정보 열람, 그 밖의 권리 행사는 아래 문의처로 요청해 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기
개인정보의 보유 기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 경우, 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
본 서비스는 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Mighty (the "Service") values the privacy of its users and complies with applicable data protection laws,
including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what
personal information the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to create an account and provide the Service.
- Account sign-up (required) — user ID, password (stored one-way encrypted), nickname
- Optional — email address (for password reset and important notices), profile image
- When using social login
- Google — email address, name, Google account unique identifier
- Kakao — Kakao nickname, Kakao account unique identifier (we do not collect your email)
- Automatically generated during use — access IP address, access timestamp, game play records (results, scores, rankings), country of access and browser language
2. How We Use Information
- Member identification and login authentication
- Providing the game service and managing records such as results, rankings, and trophies
- Password reset and important notices (if an email address is provided)
- Detecting and preventing abuse, multiple accounts, and abnormal access (via access IP)
- Setting the default display language based on region and browser language
3. Retention Period
- In principle, information is retained until account withdrawal and is destroyed without delay upon withdrawal.
- Where retention is required by applicable law, information is kept for the period prescribed by that law.
- Access logs (IP) kept for abuse prevention are destroyed once that purpose is fulfilled.
4. Third-Party Disclosure and Processing
We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties. However, we entrust or integrate certain processing for the operation of the Service, as below.

If you use social login, the privacy policy of the respective provider also applies.
5. Cookies and Automatic Collection
The Service does not use advertising cookies or user-tracking tools.
We do use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
- What is collected — pages visited, time spent, referral source, device and browser type,
approximate location (city level), and usage events (starting an AI game, finishing a game, signing up, opening the guide).
- What is not collected — nickname, email, account identifiers, or any other information that
identifies you is never sent to Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymized by Google.
- Retention — data collected in Google Analytics is automatically deleted after at most 14 months.
- How to opt out — block cookies in your browser, or install Google's
opt-out add-on.
Opting out does not limit your use of the Service.
To keep you signed in, your login token, nickname, and language setting are stored in your browser's
local storage (localStorage), which you can delete from your browser at any time.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
- Nickname, profile image, and language setting can be edited directly in the profile screen within the Service.
- For account deletion (withdrawal), data access, or other rights, please contact us at the address below and we will handle it without delay.
7. Destruction of Information
When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is fulfilled, the information is destroyed without delay.
Electronic files are deleted in a manner that makes recovery impossible.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
